Help....Since the upgrade I can't find where to change my avitar!!

Before the upgrade on mylot I was having problems setting an avitar, every time I tried mylot shut down on me. I have been wanting to change it since I
started here.
Now since the upgrade, I can't find where to go to change it. I have a pic I created in photoshop for a business logo that I would love to use. Any help would be apperciated!

hey,sweety,i was wondering why you don't have an avatar,because i don't like at all those ghost avatars...
now i know the reason.
look,you have to go at "edit your preferences" and at "new avatar" you will have a "browser",clic there and go to the folder where you are your pictures with you or nature.
after you choose the picture which you like,clic "update" and you will see just in your right part that picture which you selected....and then go and clic again "uptade"...and that is it!!

Thank you, now that I am done feeling like a moron....(that was the only place I hadn't looked lol.) I fianlly have my pic up. I think i need to make it a bit smaller though. Now if I can only figure out how to get my email noticfications to work again lol.
