Online Bath Product Stores

Does anyone have a good recommendation as for shopping for bath items online? My concern is buying a product that either dosn't work (lather) or doesn't smell good, or has no smell, even though it claims to be fragranced. I am looking for all: women's, men's (or young men) and children's. Please tell me your favorite stores you shop at, your favorite items and fragrances, and how much they cost. If you get them on E-Bay, please tell me about the products! Thank you!

My favourite right now is www.skindazzles.com. They have amazing products, and everything is handmade fresh for your order! It's really reasonably priced too, I got a ton of stuff, it was a great deal. And what I REALLY love about Skindazzles is that for most of the products you can choose your own scents from a huge list, and even get custom blends you design yourself! And Candy's customer service is by far the best I've ever received, she had a fast turn around time and was awesome for answering questions right away. Some of my favourite bath items from her are the shea boom bath candy (I got one in rosemary mint, I love it, it's only $2.85 and lasts 2-3 baths), the coconut cream bath scoops (like a bath bomb with more bubbles), and you should try a foaming scrub too! I also recommend her tarts (the misfit bag is a great deal) for scenting your whole home. I really just can't rave about Skindazzles enough, I only recently placed my first order there and was incredibly impressed with everything.

That is another brand of skincare that is new to me! I will have to check it ot, and being the fact you say it is reasonably priced makes it all the better! Do you know the owner personally? Do they offer any children's products or any for young men? I have a 4 year old daughter and a son who is 7, who likes body washes "cologne-like" fragrances.

Bath bombs tend to be around $3.50, and shea boom bath candies (which are kinda like melts) are $2.85 and last 2-3 baths. With all the variety available, I never pay $5+ for one bath bomb any more. And they do have sections on their website for kids, and plenty of scents that men would like too!

Nowadays I also use Lush for my bath products, but before I always had such a hard time trying to find products that at least smelled good. Products from Lush have fantastic scents, so rich and real to the extent that I find that anything non Lush smells fake and artificial to me. Nothing is tested on animals either (very important for me) and they mostly use natural ingredients. Lush is fairly new in the US, but it's been around in the UK for at least 10 years, longer if you count their old name (Cosmetics To Go). The boss of Lush used to make products for The Body Shop years ago before he started his own company. They have a wide range of fragances ranging from the very girly (candy, fruits and vanilla with strawberries) to the more unisex scents (fresh pine and patchouli). A lot of their shower and bath products are suitable for anyone, but they also sell shower smoothies for people who have extra sensitive skin. Their buttercreams (they're like soaps, but less solid) are also good if you have sensitive skin. They aren't cheap, but I think they're well worth the money and sometimes you can get certain products cheaper on ebay. Some of my favourites are: For the bath: Think Pink bath bomb, Big Blue bath bomb, Blackberry Bomb, Blue Skies and Fluffy White Clouds bubble bar slice (solid bubble bath!). For the shower: Flying Fox shower gel, Lemslip buttercream, Snow Fairy shower gel (Christmas product only), the Olive Branch shower gel.

Thank you very much for sharing all the descriptions of these items! Well, it is quite popular, as several have all ready mentioned this to me and I have seen other threads discussing the lush products too. I will be looking inot purchasing some things for my kids soon, so I am going to take look even sooner!

My favorite store to shop at online and in store for bath items is Bath & Body works! They run great sales all year long- Sure its a bit expensive but I don't mind for this type of purchase- I love the shower gels-- I prefer sweat pea, pomengranate, and wildberry-- I've never need disappointed with their product- They also carry the American Girl product line- This stuff is great for girls. My daughter loves the strawberry stuff the best- They have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bubble bath, lotion, etc. It's great! Check it out online--

I totally love Bath and Body Works as well, and am so glad that they have an online store! I don't live close to one-the closest is an hour away, so it makes it hard for me to see what is new/. I check it out often, even if I don't plan on buying anything.

I get all my bath treats from Lush, they are well worth the money. I'd only ever buy from Lush, I can't find other place that does products that are anywhere near as good. Lush do some lovely things suitable for men and children, though they aren't specifically for them. Try Honey I washed the Kids, and my partner loves Butterball. If you pop into Lush and get a Lush Times they actually have little symbols on items that are suitable for children/ men. I think as the products use a minimum of chemicals and are vegetarian they are good for young kids. One of my favourite things from Lush is a lavender scented bathbomb called French Kiss which costs about £3. I can get three baths out of it so it isn't too bad. For a real treat try the fresh face masks they do. I love the ones I've tried so far!

I'd recommend checking out http://www.personalcarewholesaler.com for their soaps. They carry a lot of brands so you have a lot to choose from but as for a specific brand i recommend, i suggest Dove Soap. since you said you're looking for a soap that lathers well, you might like this. It has a really rich and creamy texture and a nice light scent that's good for kids too. And it's oh so moisturizing =)

I'd recommend http://www.personalcarewholesaler.com since they have a wide variety of soaps from trusted brands that you can choose from. I personally recommend Dove Soap! Since you say you're looking for a soap that lather's well, Dove has this really nice and smooth lathering texture and it's great at leaving your sin moisturized as well. It's also mild enough for children to use. the price is just $48.38 by the case and if you shop their other item there too, you'll get free shipping =)

Another company I like for soap (other than Lush) is Milagros aka Sister Agenes soaps. http://sisteragnes.com/orchard.htm My favorites are Bird of Paradise - Named for the beautiful Hawaiian flower, this soap will make you feel Maui Wowwie with its combination of banana, coconut and pineapple oils. Cherry Oh - We cannot tell a lie — you will fall for this jubilant addition to our fruit — full line. George Washington would never have chopped down a tree that smelled this good. Cinnamon Apple Peach - Big slices of peach soap along with chunks of apples are floating in a light cinnamon base to warm your soul.

If you like bath bombs I would highly recommend www.fantasybath.com. I am in love with their Jamaica Me Crazy scent (which is a pineapple scent) and the Mango Tango scents. I like how you can buy a bag of the bomb powder for pretty cheap. A bag of the powder should last a pretty long time too. Shipping is free for all orders over 40 dollars. Another site I like is Isle of Eden. This site specializes in body scrubs (sugar and salt) but they also offer body creams, shampoo, conditioner, and perfumes. What I like most about this site is the large selection of scents (everything from fruity scents to dupes of popular scents). Most products are availible in all the scents. My favorite scents on this site are The Green Coconut (a lime coconut scent), Pineapple, Her Name is Lola (a blood orange, coconut, sweet orange mix), and I Heart Orange (which mixes marshmallow with tangelo orange and white peach). Another favorite site is www.beachgirlbeauty.com. I like how this site gives you lots of freebies with your order. After you spend past certain amounts they will allow you to choose the scents of your freebies. Plus, my last order they threw in an additional scrub (4oz) as a surprise gift. I like the Tango Surf and the Sister Twister scents on this site.

I prefer Bath and Body Works and they have their own website at www.bathandbodyworks.com. However, if you want natural products you can check out melaleuca.com. I also like Philosophy products. They have a three in one product that can be used as a shampoo, a bubble bath or shower gel. It is safe enough for everyone in the family to use and their products can be purchased at www.sephora.com or www.qvc.com. Also, there's a new company which has lovely products that can be designed with personal fragrances just for you. This is called Urban Botanic and they also have their own website at www.urbanbotanic.com.

Without a doubt, www.skindecent.com. This is a Canadian one woman company and she hand makes all her products to order so they are freshly made. Prices are good and there is free shipping right now for orders over $40 USD. Usually it is for orders over $75.00 that is free. She has over 100 scents on her list (kids and some men's too as well as unfragranced) and she will mix scents and make things stronger or lighter per your request. You also get a load of samples to try and great packaging. I like LUSH but they are very expensive and I find their quality changes from order to order. My favorite remains Skindecent. Check it out! I buy from Primal Elements, JeannesBathShoppe.com, and a few others as well. There are many good sites but the one I mentioned is my all time favorite. Patty
