Do you think Joy will go to prison?

So Earl is back with new episodes and they're saying that it's all leading up to Joy's trial and that something unexpected will happen. What do you think?

Joy probably will not end up going to prison. Don't you think earl will help her get out of the situation. Or maybe she will go to prison. Who knows?

I don't know really. I don't see her going to prison, but I thought I'd ask. Maybe someone has a different view on it. Thanks for commenting.
