Hey! I have doing Weight Watchers and that has really helped me. I have not only lost weight but also changed my lifestyle. Most diets don't work because the results are not permanent. As soon as you get off the "diet" you gain all your weight back. the way to loose weight is to change your lifestyle for the better.you should eat fresh fruits and vegetables.eat lots of fibre.walk alot.walk around i hour a day.

I think a controlled diet with vitamin rich but monitored callorie content food can help you to reduce your weight. An exercise like long walk or running & swimming too would double up your task a lot. I do it since a long & I am healthy. All the best from oarnamav.

i think you can reduce the consuming of carbohidrat and snacks, also sleep well then you should loose some of your weight.
