I've worked in current company for one year, and seem to meet the transparent wall, that is I can see more than I touch right now. But in my country, oral English is quite important in an interview if you apply for a good job.So any suggestions to help me pass the interview? What should I do the self introduction parts and others?

Oh,i have the same questions with you.But I think you don't have to be good at oral english to get a good job unless your job involves in English. I think there is no good ways or method, you should use it,practice to learn, you will make it.

well, apart from the usual stuff that you will find in a thousand books and a million websites, when facing the interview, it helps to think that the person at the other end of the table is a fool and knows nothing, may not be true of course! this will help you to put up your point of view with confidence, as a teacher does, coz no one knows it is not right, in case it is wrong. after all, its just a point of view, and imagine teaching that to five year old kids...the same way you answer the interview as well!
