Singing or dancing?Which one you like more?

A lovely dancer - This photo shows a girl who is dancing and has worn a fascinating costume.

we all like music and dance. Some like listening to songs more while some are fascinated by a dance performance. Are you a better singer or a better dancer?I like to sing when i'm alone, but I also enjoy dancing, alone as well as, with friends. If asked to perform, what would you like to do?Would you sing a song or would like to dance?

I ove them both. But the problem is that nobody else loves me, when i am singing or dancing. Lol. so they usually tell me to stop, or they will go away. Lol. Really i do not understand people, if i am happy and want to sing and dance, why do they react this way? Lol.

It's nice that you love singing and dancing.Don't mind others.Do what makes you happy and I don't think by singing or dancing, you are doing any harm to anyone. Happy dancing liranlgo.:)

I like singing than dancing, also better in singing. But I don't mind to dance if someone want to teach me -lol- because I also like watch people dance.

I love singing.I can sing in front of a huge crowd or when I am alone, not that I sing well or something, just that I don't mind "sounding" bad.I hate dancing on the other hand.I like dancing only when I am alone and dancing in front of the audience is also not that big a problem if I have my steps choreographed.Otherwise I don't know dancing and I am very conscious while dancing too because i mind "looking" bad and foolish.I would prefer "sounding" bad rather than "looking" bad,so any day I would chosse singing over dancing if given a choice!

I'm sure you won't look or sound bad anwesha. You have faith in your singing ability, only you have to have faith in your dancing skills as well. Thanks my sweet friend, for the reply.:)

I think I would opt to sing a song rather than dance it. I don't have faith in my dancing abilities, or rather lack there of, but my singing isn't bad enough to kill (yet). So it's just a matter of choosing the lesser of two evils there.

So,you are a budding singer. It's nice to know one's own abilities and talent. But even though you are good in singing but not at dancing, there is no harm in trying your hand at it for,in every person there is a hidden dancer, just waiting to explode out.

Although I don't sing well,I like it.when I am alone,I like listenning to music, and sometimes I practise singing songs.Talked about dance,I think it is also a good way to release stress, and can make people forget unhappy things. So I like both of them.

I like both too.Even if we are ordinary singers and dancers,I think there is no harm in doing either, for releasing stress and getting happiness.:)

I'm a much better singer than a dancer. I do like dancing, but the only place where I could get away with it would probably be the Vienna Riding School. I would have made a good Clydesdale... four left feet... Being a musician, singing is the preferred option. Ironically, I'm working on something where there's some actual choreography involved, and it's really strange to be dealing with being enthusiastic and inept at the same time. Fortunately for me, it'll sound OK, however much of a mess I make of the visuals.

I Love To Sing - I love to sing. You can find me singing karaoke at least once or twice every week. When I'm not out singing with my friends, I'm usually at home singing.
Although I have always loved to sing and dance, I am by far a better singer than dancer. This is especially true since I hurt my knee, although I still try to do a little (very careful) dancing.

Singing, because I am better at it. I like to dance, but I am a very bad dancer. I'm a pretty good musician and singer, and have a lot more confidence there. I've been in several bands and have done solo performances. So I'll take singing any day!

i prefer to dance than to sing. i don't have the confidence to sing in front of people but you can always ask me to dance. i like it when i am sweating while dancing. it is my form of exercise and it is very effective aside from the fact that it is cheaper than going to the gym.

When i was younger, from the ages of 4-14, i was really into dancing, i learnt tap, stage, modern, jazz, a little ballet, and did festivals performing on stage. As i got older though i focussed more on my school work, and i guess i matured into liking music, and into singing along to it. Now i'm nearly 24 and i really love to sing, much more than dancing and i'm much better than it (think i'm probably a bit rusty at dancing!).

Singing and dancing I love them both. Singing I love when I am alone 'cos I can not carry a tune very well even though I know the song. But I always singalong with my Pod. I love dancing too alone and also with friends. In my office parties I am the first one on the floor and the last one to be literally removed from the floor everytine they had to switch off the music and started to dismantle the stage before pulling me off the floor.... yeah I am a pest and no one can get me off dancing so easily. If asked to perfom I do not think I would do either I am too stage concious and would never be able to perform anything on stage.

i would be more like music than dance, but it is just to listening to the music, not for singing. i have no talent for sing, i have bad voice, i think everybody would be angry to listen me sing a song that their like, it would make the song sounds not good justm because of my voice

I like to sing rather than dance. I'm still learning guitar but I have learned few songs. I sing and play my guitar. In a party I might dance if everyone else is dancing. Not professional dance. I think dance is not always natural talent while singing is most of the time. If you want to be a good dance you need to have commitement go to classes etc. I think that is why many prefer singing.

I don't like performing much but I would like to dance more than sing because I don't have a good voice and I can't really sing but I can learn some coreography and dance pretty well. I enjoy going to clubs on weekends with my husbands and dancing. It's great exercise too!

While I like both singing and dancing, I probably like singing more. I feel I sing at my best, when I'm upset, or angry or hurt about something, at least to my own ears, especially when the words of a song personally touch me in some way, or seem close to what I'm experiencing. Then I feel I'm singing through the pain.
