I think, there are living things other than us in other parts of the universe. Maybe it is for us to search for it.

at the moment yes,theres still no proof of any sign of life from the outer space ..evet though some countrie have been exploring in outer space.

Humans, yes, intelligent, sentient life? No, There must be thousands of planets with sentient beings, just because of the astronomically large number of planets. I can't think for even one second that there aren't smarter, more peaceful beings out there. Of course, there are probably smarter, more violent beings out there as well, ones I hope we will never meet
