How do you handle stress?

I believe that everyone in this whole immense world has already encountered stress, in any form, in their lives. I think I've been feeling so stressed almost half of my life because of school stuff and my boyfriend. It's just so hard to actually cope with it since it's kinda making your world turn, habitually leaving it that way, until you breakdown or worse, collapse. I'm just curious about how other people are able to handle it because I, myself, cannot seem to cope with it way too well.

Yeah i also love the beach. It actually relieves my stress since it's kinda close to paradise. If I can, i will. I still have school until next week that's why I can't quite do all those, not until last week. I got to visit the beach for holy week and i felt relieved. But now, school's back, and is yet to end so.. I hope i won't anymore get stressed. Thanks dear

I dont really stress all that much, and if there is some kind of worry on my mind, or If Im feeling a lil angry I like to go out to the garage to punch and kick the hell out of our boxing bag, makes me feel better, and helps me clear my mind... Try it

Haha. That made me think. Well... I wouldnt go about punching or kicking a boxing bag because that's not really a girl thing. It's kinda weird for me to do that but whenever I can, I punch my friends' arms, real ones.. not just boxing bags. Even weirder, but i don't do it out of stress, but just plain 'gigil'. :) thanks though

My ways to reduce my stress level are as follows (not necessary in the order listed): Dancing, listening to music, hiking, skiing, skating, walking, eating (in moderation), drinking (in moderation), playing tennis, doing taiji on a regular basis, making love on a regular basis, gardening, socializing with friends, watching movies, having vacation on a regular basis, go to retreat once in a while, withdraw from people once in a while, taking a nap from time to time, sleeping (in moderation), PC gaming, reading books and articles, attending workshops and conferences, getting away from work site once in a while, taking long lunch hour break, having control over your own work schedule, talking in CD forum, taking pictures, swimimg, singing, shooting, writing etc...Gosh, I do wish I have enough time to do things to relax myself. I am getting so tense just to think what I do to reduce my stress level (just kidding).
