Sigh .. I've completely lost the plot ...

It is simple, you need a vacation where there is nothing to think about. I am not sure what "completely lost the plot" means. You were reading a book and lost the plot idea? Or watching a movie and lost the theme? Or did someone steal your plot of land where you were going to build your dream home and raise horses? Daft...I know what that means...Shut my mouth 'cause I'm causing a daft.

OMG, sorry my friend, I am sitting here howling with laughting, trying to figure out what slot or hole you could put your notes in! Then I had a picture of you opening the cd drive up (I am assuming you have one on your tower!) and popping it in there! What are you like eh! Thanks for putting a smile on my face, if it's any consolation I am always doing daft things, probably dafter than your good self ;0)

That was funny! LOL I can imagine me doing such a thing. ha ha But here is a story to help you feel better. We were driving cross country in one of our many moves. It was night time and my daughter decided to talk to me to help me stay awake and alert. But finally, we needed to pull over for gas and it seemed like it was in the middle of nowhere! And in the middle of nowhere with no street lights! The only lights one could see was that of very few passing cars and the gas station that did not penetrate the darkness beyond the driveway into the station. OK...all is well, got the gas and headed back onto the highway. While we are picking up speed to enter the highway...not that there was any traffic to fight my way into...I leaned over struggling to see because it was just soooo dark out in this area with nothing around and trees and clouds that seemed to block out even natural night lighting. So I started to talk to my daughter about how so dark it was and maybe we should start looking for a hotel. When just then my daughter said, "Mom, it might help to turn on your headlights." Oh! Yeah! That's right! Turned them on...Wow! Look at that. That IS much better! OK...not a great night for Tia to be driving. LOL But now my daughter likes to bring that up from time to time saying that even a woman with jet black hair has a slight blonde streak. ha ha Hope that helped!

Yep, I totally know how this feels! The last time I did something like this was last week. I was in the town centre abd went up to the counter of HMV and handed over my card so they could swipe it (chip and pin was not working) and wondered why she was looking at me as if I was an idiot....when I realised I had given her the discount card for my local Co-Op! I could not believe it and I felk a complete idiot.

My hubby always says for someone with all those qualifications you sure have a lot of blonde moments lol I admit i can be ditzy at times lol
