should alcohol be stopped at diu(india)??

hi.. i have been to diu several times before and had a few sips of whisky.i had seen many people at diu just drinking as soon as the night darkens.many people from all over gujrat coe here to drink.many youngstrs tell lies abt their trips and visit diu to get spoiled and make fool of their parents. so what do u thnk should alcohol be prohibited or it should be continued??
