a vegetarians life

yeah i know we can get many benefits from vegetables , but being a strict vegetarian poses a threat to ones health , becuase there is this essential vitamins that we can only derive from eating meat, Vitamin B12 difficiency causes pernicious anemia , wherein if you have fatigue, u faint , and u forget things, and it also limits your activity. can't enjoy life if that happens right ?

I'm a vegetarian. I am greatly influenced by my father. In our house, we love to eat raw vegetables. Fresh vegies salads are our favorites. True enough, it gives you strength and real beauty outside. However, eating meat is also a must. We can't really deny that fact. Most of the time, we put some meat on our viand. Also, we tend to have a meat party usually every weekend. Balance is the most important thing to rememeber. Too much will really make you sick in a way. I eat vegetables more than meat. But it doesn't mean, it's totally bad. It has a lot of benefits as well. Having a balanced diet is the answer.
