Anybody else any experiences with Power Savers? Saves me a good 30% ( !!! )

I'm using since 3 months a power saver and can gladly say that my electricity bill is since than reduced by a good 30%. I wonder why this technology is not publicly promoted by goverments all over the world for surely we have to save energy and if this devices would be used by a big amount of people it would save millions and billions of Dollars as well as assuring a better environment and hence reducing global warming. The initial costs are rather insignifficant and will pay back after 1 to 2 months.
