I would never forget what happened last year.I got an order for 200 cartons of Chinese tea for my American client.So I asked the workshop to produce them.When the director asked me when to deliver the goods,ianswered"The sooner the better"in order to get the payment errlier.It took the workshop only two weeks to produce the200 cartons, much sooner than usual.however,the quality was far form perfect.of course the American client was angry and refused to pay a cent. It was not only a waste of time,money and energy,but most of all,we lost our market credit.speed is important,but it must be based on quality.This is where our old saying works:haste masks waste.
