adding my blog to mylot

Okay I am totally confused about this.....I want to add my blog but I am stuck at the URL/feed thing....this is to link it to mylot right? if so, normally if I wanted to link I would just add the url but I'm not exactly sure what a "feed" is or how it changes the url...make sense?? HELP DANG NAB IT LOL in simple english too please I dont handle techie talk very well ;-)
