In my opinion the ideal age for falling in love, is when you meet the right person to fall in love with. In other words, as the other respondents have answered, I do not think there is an ideal age either. Of course it will make your life easier if you are in a place in your life, where you are ready to settle down, but whether this is cause for making it an ideal age to fall in love I do not think so. My older brother and sister in law met each other when he was 18 and she was 16, 10 years later they are still together, and they just became parents for the first time. I on the other hand met my husband, when I was 20, and we are now married and have two kids together. I have many friends, who have fallen in love many times, and still they have not found the right partner, and therefore I do not believe there is an ideal age, it all comes down to whether or not you find the right person at the right time in your life.

I guess it is when you are mature enough. When you are well-settled as in a good job so you can take care of the family financially. Briefly when you can get married.

I don't think there is a certain age. You have to experience numerous relationships before you even understand what love really is. When you find true love , you will know. Just don't confuse love and lust. I thought a couple of times that I was in love and I wasn't. I didn't even understand what love was until I married my husband. I was 24.
