So, what's for dinner tonight?

I know, it's a silly question to ask, but I've been slaving over the stove for the past three hours preparing Emeril's meatloaf. It's loaded with fresh vegetables and herbs, so it's taken me the better part of the past two hours to prepare. As for side dishes, velvety mashed potatoes and garlic roasted asparagus! The house smells so good. :)
So, what's on your menu tonight?

To be honest, for tonight I have no idea! My partner and I both have been feeling a little under the weater, so food just isn't on the priority list. I'm sure it's on her father's, but he seems to believe he can't plan meals or something, so he's always useless.
Last night we swung it by having breakfast for dinner (Scrambled eggs with cheese, biscuits, and leftover asparagus and a sliced tomato), but tonight I haven't a clue. Our cupboards are pretty bare at the moment.

i was lazy and just bought pizza LOL
spent the day running errands and just didn't feel like cooking.
that garlic roasted asparagus sounds real good :)
i love meatloaf myself,but my family won't eat it.

That sounds really good! Since it's Saturday, we have decided to give up cooking for the night and go out to eat at our neighbourhood's burger joint. They are famous for their burgers so that's what's probably on the menu tonight, even though I am probably just going to have a salad since I am trying to lose some weight.
