Well, you can certainly go where you want and say anything you want but remember, anything you say or do on the Internet can be tracked, traced and you can be found. The very house you're in can be found from your IP address.

Sure the internet if free.
What costs you is if your go to certain sites that want your money. And that is pretty well all of them.
However to log on to the internet is free.
