friends when i will get paid after reaching my min earning. they will pay me within 24 hrs or less or more than 24 hrs ??

I've just been paid for last months earnings, it was my first payout. As long as you earn at least $10 by the end of the month you are paid around the 15th of the next month. As long as you are active on the forum you should easily make enough to be paid next month. Each day your earnings update so you can see what you earn for the number of posts you have made.

You should have a Paypal account to be able to get paid. Did u created your paypal account yet ? If not create and be a verified paypal account holder. Minimum payout is $10 -- what payout u have selected. I don't think u must have reached to $ 10 till now ? How much is your earning till now ?
