I am already 29 years of age, and gave birth seven months ago, I've gain A lot of weight and develop bulges in different parts of my body. I had a hardtime to lose up everything I gain. I can't start my diet regime because of my work schedule, I need some energy so I eat 3 times a day if ever it is possible, sometimes I skip meal but then still I dont lose enough. Can you give me some tips on how I will I start my diet regime inspiteof my work schedule without starving me to death

Hey! I have been doing Weight Watchers and that has really helped me. I lost 4 pounds my first week (which I thought was really good but I have seen other people lose 8 to 10 pounds their first week!!) But I have not only lost weight but also changed my lifestyle. Most diets don't work because the results are not permanent. As soon as you get off the "diet" you gain all your weight back.
