The whole neighborhood can buy a meal at 10 pesos. 500 pesos investment on cooked meals can survive for one year.

What's this all about? Care to elaborate more? If this food factory project is true, it'll be a good project for the government. Imagine the number of people it will feed.

Creativity. My neighbor started selling cooked meals with 500 pesos. She had supported her family for one year. Earning 150 pesos a day. The meals is as low as 10 pesos per viand. With 10 pesos viand a family can have one meal.
