Being Bullied at work

I was never bullied in our office. I bully them. I'm just kidding though. Well, in the first place, I hate bullies. I don't like people to get mean on me. Especially if I've done nothing wrong to them, bullying is really not an option. I love criticisms. I accept them wholeheartedly especially those that will really help you grow. However, a bully is a criticism that will merely just put a person down. Respect begets respect. These people don't deserve our respect. If I will be bullied, I will really do the necessary legal steps to turn the world around. I will defintitely file a complaint against those people. If they will talk things which are already below the belt, I will really declare a war. lol.
