Do you want to find a job or take a postgraduate exam?

Now,there are a craze for graduate school study,somebody want to get a master's degree or doctor's degree,and then find a good job.But some people think that taking part in the entrance exams for postgraduate schools is a waste of time.It's better to find a job and get some work experience.What do you think ?what will you choose?
