If you haven't ran across it yet... There is this really great stuff made by Three Dog Bakery. My dog is 17 and thinks he is getting human food. He chows it down like its going out of style, he loves this stuff! https://www.threedog.com/Default.aspx Honsetly, he'd eat this food all the time if I could find it around us. It looks and smells like human food, but its made especially for pets.

I tried the website...but it is not working for me. I have only had my dogs since we have moved to this state a year and a half ago. So, acquiring 3 dogs in that short amount of time has been something else. :) But they are great...if I could just get mini Cujo (real name Lilly) to like Bailey. I swear I need to write to the Dog Whisper. ha ha But I am interested in the dog food that you speak of. Is there another web site or do I just try again later?

hehe I got it. Thanks! I don't know why it wasn't working at the time. And those look really good! Wow! They look like something I would want to eat as a sweet! https://www.threedog.com/shop.aspx?catID=10&prodID=37 I was looking at this and my daughter thought they looked good! LOL And then she realized it was for dogs. ha ha

the link still/is working for me. so I'd try it again, but if you can't get it to work, just look up Three Dog Bakery in a search and you should see their website first thing.

That was the exact same thing that I looked at. My eyes were drawn to the sweets, then to the Ruffles. I think that they look really good!! Don't you think that someone could mistake them for human food? YUUUMMMYY! :P (Licking Lips)

Can I be a dog?? LOL :) Just kidding...although those look really good, I don't think that I would ever want to be a dog. As so I as I went to the website, I went to the treats. I guess if dogs could do the same they would! When I went to the treats, my eyes went directly to the Baked Specialty Items. And...ooohhhh...those look delicious!!! I could mistake those for real HUMAN food, and eat them. Then realize that they are not human food. I really like the Ruffles out of the whole website! They look soo good, I want some now! LOL Thanks for the interesting website. Maybe now I can tease my dogs with something else! :D

lol Your way too funny sweetie They do look good though we get my baby the pouches and they do look like human food. Rice and hamburger basically with some veggies thrown in. I can so see how he thinks he is getting human food when he gets it.

Thanks I know! LOL Just kidding, thanks...I try to be to get peoples attention!! :) I am surprised that your doggie doesn't take food off of your plate because they are confused about whose is whose. I am sure that you do not put your plate on the floor where your dogs food is though! :D Thanks again for that interesting website!! :))

This is really good to know if I were to get a dog. How did you find out about this dog food? Did you have to order it online? That is great that your dog loves the food and thinks it is human food. I am sure your dog is happy and probably loves it much better than any previous dog food it has tried.

I love this type of stuff. Locally we have a couple different bakers that create yummies just for dogs and I buy them often. It's nice to know they get whole food, no chemicals, etc. and stuff that you yourself would and could eat. Ok, maybe not WOULD. LOL I also love to make my own doggie treats. Here's a recipe I use often and bake them for Christmas every year, right along with our Christmas cookies! FLEA AWAY DOG BISCUITS 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup wheat germ 1/2 cup brewers yeast 1 teaspoon salt 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 tablespoons olive oil or sesame oil 1 cup chicken stock, or beef or vegetable stock Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease two to three baking sheets. In a medium bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In a large mixing bowl, combine the garlic and oil. Alternately, add the flour mixture and the stock into the oil and garlic, beating until the dough is well mixed. Shape the dough into a ball. On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough to a 12-inch circle. Using a two-inch biscuit cutter, cut the dough into rounds. (Or use a cookie cutter with a dog-biscuit shape.) Transfer the biscuits to greased baking sheets. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until the biscuits are well browned. Turn off the heat and allow the biscuits to dry in the oven for several hours or over night. Store in the refrigerator or freezer. Makes about 2 dozen biscuits.

The only place we have been able to find the product around here for him is at a Wal-Mart a good 35 minutes away. Which isn't bad if we are already in the area and then we pick him up some. Cause its only 1.35 or something like that for the pouch of food that is HUGE lol He just loves it though...hehe
