The best tummy workout is to bend it as much as you can . There are some paricular asanas in yoga which are very effective in keeping the tummy in check . I had gained about 10 kgs once which i lost through them . its difficult to explain those exercises with actually doing hem for you . Make e I can make a video sometuime and post it for you to see . Beyond that I can only say that yogic exercises are effective in keeping the tummy in check . I can not recall the names of those asanas . One was dhanurasana in which you lie down with your stomach towards the ground . Then you slowly raise the upper part of your body from the ground upto the abdomen so that just your legs are touching the ground . You have to remain in this psiion for as long as you can and then come back to normal going slowly down .

Bending the tummy as much as you can is a wrong way of doing it. See below.

Not meaning harm to the above person, but Yoga ain't getting your tummy good. Seriously. If you wanna get a good tummy workout, lie down on the floor, and bend your upper body. The slower you do the exercise, the more results you'll get. It's not only about the number of bends you do. You'll only bend the upper part of your body, so DON'T bend fully. If your tummy bends with you, then you're doing wrong. You only bend up until your last rib, in a 45ยบ maximum angle. Above or below that, and it doesn't bring the ideal result. Use a Swiss Ball. It's usually a 3-foot plastic ball that people use to workout in gyms. Lie down on it with your tummy up, trying to keep it steady with your feet. Lie down until you can see the ceiling with your head. Then do bends, considering the above. You can use weights to make the exercise harder. My abdomen workout consists in 50 swissball abdominals with 6kg, 30 inverted abdominals (where you lift your legs to workout the infra part) and 100 normal abdominals with 8kg. You can see the results in my picture. Also, eat a lot. But eat well. Don't eat crap food like Burger King or sodas. Also, eat every 3 hours. Helps speeding your metabolism, so burns your fat faster.
