Lately, I've been avoiding drinking sweetened drinks like fruit juices and tea. I decided to just drink plain water and see how it goes. You might say that it is psychological but I feel lighter and I notice that I stop craving for my favorite iced tea. It's like each time I like to drink, water is only in my mind. No more thoughts of ice cold sugary drinks. I may be on my way to being more healthy. That's what I think, at least.
