is the blind people could dream at night?

They never saw anything since they were born, except for people which have blinded by some accident. I hope they could still have a dream, but i see in some medicine journal, that visual stimulus is necesarry for the wiring brain center that process and interpret vision.the optical cortexs would never know how to function as an optical cortex in the person born blind. So they never had some visual experience, which is captured by brain, to develop or imaging some dream, may be they dream,is like sound, or touch or something?, i don't know, i never know. God Bless them, they are our friend, our family of the earth.

They can and do have dreams, whether visual or perceptual. They don't need to use their eyse in order to percieve what things are. They use their other senses. That is the way they see the world around them. That is where their images come from. They may not be the same as the images we have in our minds, but they are still images.
