Why can't a person tickle HIMSELF?!?!?!?

Tickling as u all know,is one form of childish prank everybody has it in themselves...When someone tickles u,u jus laugh till u r in tears,but why can't u tickle urself?!?!?!?

hmmm..i feel its very logical. When you are tickling yourself, ou tend to tighten your muscle unknowingly because you know you are about to tickle yourself! If somebody comes and tickles you when you are not aware , u feel tickilsh but if somebody tell you and tickles, i guess we can control that too...

OK...but even if the person tells u he's abt to tickle u,u still feel ticklish and u cant stop smiling or pushing him away...!

i think u become conscious and can't tickle like karvin said completely agree.
