Who has one and how much do you pay??? We have a $230,000 mortgage and have to pay $715 every 2 weeks.

We pay over $1,700 per month on our mortgage, but that includes principal and interest, taxes and insurance. We usually send an extra $300 to help pay down the principal in order to pay it off sooner.

I pay $745 (I think) per month but I escrow for taxes and insurance, so with all that it really comes to almost $1200 per month.

Wow that's high...I am renting...buying after my SO finishes college..But I owned before...I paid $829 a month..

Ouch. We have one for the home which is less than $100 000, and we have one for our shop which is less than $190 000. We pay $1100 per month in interest (not interest & principal) off the shop one alone. I hate to think what it will be when we have to start paying off the principal as well.
