What's your RSS aggregator of choice?

I normally use Newsgator and I like it a lot, but I would also be interested in something new. So, do you have any recommendations for me? What RSS aggregator do you use? Or better yet, do you use a RSS aggregator or you just use bookmarks for the sites you are interested in?

I use MS outlook because of how many feeds I read 120+ i always have it open for email so new blog posts are nothing more than scrolling down farther for me
