By doing this you not only know others better and also you will gain confidence which will help you to go forward..i leanrt like that only so thats the reason i wanted you to share my experience...If you have time spend some time in Mylot and post some current and ongoing issues search net and get the information and understand it properly and then present your opinions in Mylot.
