Hong Kong sellers are confiable???

some sellers from hong kong are ok.but some are just cheaters and scammers.recently i bought a mp4 player from a hong kong seller.the seller received a lot of positive feedback.but i ended up being cheated because ebay already suspended his account.now i am in the process of claiming my money back from paypal.hopefully i can get it back.but if you wanna buy electronics or computer products do not really buy from hong kong sellers.because most of them are selling fake or immimation products from china.you can see most of the hong kong sellers receive a lot of negative feedbacks from the buyers the item description was different from what they get
