why my rating is decreasing??

Now a days I am busy in my project and am not able to devote so much time to myLot..but i am unable to understand one thing..I was nearing to get a red star with a rating of 9 but i found out that my rating decreased to 81 from 84???why is this so?As far as I remember I havent started or responded any abusive discussion or response..Then why is it so??Do the users are actualy serious to rate other users or do they just take it as a fun to rate others??Or like others say myLot is a fraud organisation??When i am nearing my first pay all this is going on??Can anyone helpme out and shred some of my mental tension?

your mylot rating is made up of the percentage of plus ratings you get from the responses you make. If you are inactive for a while your star rating will fall as the over all percentage of plus ratings you have received will fall if you are not active on the site. Im sure as you become more active again your ratings will rise

So make your contribution with more quality and without making copy paste methods. Leave others thoughts from your mind first, do the work from your side 100% according to the guidelines. Definitely your rating will go up.

I can say with full surety that I am making good contribution and not posting any absurd discussion or posts..U can check it out..and till date i havent reached 500 posts so that I can copy paste..

Oh no!! again strange..i was satisfied with that reason..thought that may be it was because of my low participation but oops..here u r saying that it rarely has an effect over that

You already have a good idea why it has gone down when you included the line, 'am not able to devote so much time to mylot...' The ratings are of course based on your performance. They come in from the users who respond to your discussions and from those whom you have posted some responses to their discussions. It comes heavier from the side of those unto whom you had posted some responses. Just keep on posting your quality discussions and responses and you will find out that it will not take long when you earn that red 9 star which you have targetted days ago.
