I, Me, Myself Day - How often do you indulge in simple pleasures...

Well, even tho somethimes it does depend, I like to have a day a week dedicated to myself and doing things I enjoy like, painting my toe nails, listening to music, window shopping and not only, soaking in a bath with a nice glass of wine and....so on, depending on what I feel like that day - what about you, how often do you indulge and do you think that a 'me' day is selfish or essential??
