If man evolved from monkey and apes, why do we still have monkeys and apes?

If man evolved from monkey and apes, why do we still have monkeys and apes? I hate the way evolution is still taught in schools. I am a firm believer in creation since this is the only logical explanation.

Man did not "evolve from" monkeys and apes. Men, monkeys and apes all evolved from a common ancestor which no longer exists. It may help you understand better if you think of other primates as our distant cousins rather than our ancestors.

It might be because part of monkey or apes undergo somekind of process that makes them intelligent, and being that way, they no longer need to hunt like animal they can use tools, to eat like animal instead they burn it, Built a home instead of going tree by tree, and in the continouity process their appearacne change while some other animals don't, those ONLY who became intelligent transform into human, and that monkeys who became humans gave birth from generation to generation. Do you know why that monkeys changed appearacne? It is because their appearcne adapt on things they do. For example you can know if the man is hardworking just by noticng their palm, it is hard right? Look at the black people and where they lived, near the equatorial right, some just migrated to cold places, but they are still black because of the hereditary trait they got from their ancestors.

I think it is easy to find a way to explain away something that does not seem rational to us rather than believing in faith and the obvious conclusion that we are created by a loving, real creator called Jesus.

your question shows that you dont understand the theory of evolution. Not wanting to take sides here but why should creationism be taught but not evolution, they are both theories surely and in a fair system all theories should be considered, not just the one you favour?

I cant understand why evolution is still being taught in the shcools any way after the guy who broke our DNA sequence. He said that our DNA could have never evoled, it is to complex that we had to have a creator.

No, they can lose their jobs if the speak about Creationism in a public classroom. Why? Because creationism is a religious concept no matter what religious zealots like to say. Unless you can empiracally prove or disprove that God exists, it's not a science, and that's all there is to it.

Because the assumption that something is too complex to have come into existence without an intelligent creator isn't enough to disprove evolution. It's an opinion...not evidence.

Evolution is a belief system/religion that's why. Teachers and Professors can lose their jobs if they speak against the theory.

creation is not the only logical explanation. in contrary, its a question of faith and believ, not logic. The only logic way is evolution. This doesnt mean, that evolution is true, in the sense that it really happened that way, because there are evidences that you cant explain with evolution, but its still the best way of explaining that this earth is how she is. And that apes and monkeys still exist, is because thats evolution! Human didnt develop from apes or monkeys, thats nonsense. apes, monkeys and humans have a same origin. Thats why we have 99.9 % of equal DNA like monkeys.

Rubiana, Evolution is not logical. There have been supposedly millions of creatures that have "evolved" but there is no evidence of this. This supposedly happened over millions of years, but this too is an impossibility. If the Earth had been around for millions of years, it would cease to exist by now. You see everything is counting down in nature, our bodies, the earth, (hello, global warming) it's deteriorating, which means it at one point had a beginning. Evolutionist say it began millions of years ago, because we supposedly evolved from apes, and it would have had to in order for the evolution process to be plausible. But it simply could not have. The Sun is degenerating, it's shrinking, becoming smaller, if you take it back one million years ago, deteriorating at the same rate it is now, it would be much too large for the earth to survive! The earth would have burned up. SO logically, it could not have existed a million of years ago. In fact, most scientists, who do not have an ulterior motive of disproving creation, will tell you it could not be much older than what "creationists" believe it is. Also, if you can somehow discount that information, I do have a question, if we supposedly evolved, where are all the skeletons? You can find skeletons of Apes, you can find skeletons of Men, but you cannot find, and will never find skeletons of "ape-men" If man evolved, wouldn't there be some proof of this? wouldn't there be a skeleton, at least ONE of all of man kind developing and evolving into APES? Also, why did Evolution suddenly stop then? IF it's true, why did it suddenly stop? Have you ever seen an Ape man? have you ever heard of one? trust me, If there was such a "ape-man" the whole world would know, but the fact is, the only thing evolutionists ever thought they had, turned out to be a man with rickets. There is nothing factual about this theory, it is a falsity that many hold onto, hoping not to have to face the truth. IF they recognize that there is a creator, that means that they are subject to Him, and must change their actions, and many people would much rather believe illogical, nonsense, then to have to govern their actions and become responsible for their own sins.

I don't think I have ever seen a paragraph so long and so filled with misconceptions before. The young Earth., wrong and with no basis of proof other than the bible. Creation, also wrong and dependent on the same source for proof. Carl Sagan said it much better than I can. "In some ways science has far surpassed religion in delivering awe. How is it that hardly any Major religion has looked at science and concluded "This is better than we thought! The Universe is much bigger than our prophets said, grander, more subtle, more elegant. God must be even greater than we dreamed"? Instead they say, "No, no,no! My god is a little god, and I want him to stay that way."

HHMMMMM... Well, it must be because WE DIDNT EVOLVE FROM MONKEYS!!! Or atleast most of us. ha. Yeah I agree creation is the only logical explaination, have you heard of Kent Hovand? An awesome teacher, check him out and he will completly butcher the whole evolution theory with scientifical facts. Its beautiful.

Kent Hovind is a fraud. His "scientific facts" are nothing but bed time storeys for children. He would not know the truth if it bit him. His science is fringe science at best and mostly out and out lies.

One good example is his $250,000.00 offer. I would think even you would find this a bit of a stretch. http://tinyurl.com/2kvdse

I cannot share what I feel, as it may certainly offend some people. But, there is some sort of missing link, as some humans resemble them very much. But, we did not evolve out of them, but somewhere crossed with them.

As most will tell you, current evolutionary theory states than humans and apes evolved from a common ancestor. Man did not come from apes. Also, logic and blind faith are two entirely different things. It's hard to make sense of what's going on in the world around you when you close your eyes and let someone else tell you what to believe. If you've believed in creationism for many years, it becomes part of your cultural lens, and anything outside that lens seems warped and impossible. The only thing that will make sense to you, is the belief you've held for so long. In truth, evolution is no more more illogical than creationism. Both theories could be right, and both could be wrong - though few are willing to admit to this, because most people are either too scared to be wrong, or they choose not to admit to these possibilites.

Good question! Why haven't apes and monkeys evolved further than what they have? Who's their make believe missing link? Maybe you'll get a complete answer to your question but I wouldn't hold my breath! "In fact, the earlier ancestor would certainly be called an ape or a monkey in popular speech by anyone who saw it.Since the terms ape and monkey by popular usage, man's ancestors were apes or monkeys (or successively both) It is pusillanimous if not dishonest for an informed investigator to say otherwise." There's no real evidence that anyone is going to be able to point to regarding man's evolution or ape evolution, it's all bunch of speculation. People just blindly accept it all by faith.

I think that man evolved from ape-like hominids, not exactly apes, but a similar form. The difference is in the brain. Man's brain is much larger than that of the apes. I have no problem believing in creation and evolution working together. God created certain creatures who evolved into man. He's using nature to carry out his plan.
