This is very common problem faced bymany women specially after childbirth.i myself had low blood count ie haemoglobin for past some years. When first i showed it to doctor the blood report he was amazed as to i had really low blood count but health wise i was ok .I didnot feel fatigued or any other problem.may be because of my young age.when he gave me medicines it again became normal but still a bit low.then agin when i stopped taking medicines it lowered.I had many tests but everything came normal.doctors never said anything serious.NMow i am ok but had not tested my blood for a long time.
