How do you like your steak cooked?

For me a steak only tastes good if it's rare, very rare:) I think a steak is good when cooked to the taste of the person that is eating it. My husband likes his steaks so cooked I have to put them cooking way before I put the ones for the rest of the family. That is his way for a good steak, and for him very well done is the best steak:) If I ever had to eat his steak it wouldn't taste like anything to me. By the same token he can't even think about trying one of my steaks LOL

I would prefer the steak to be medium rare, it will be the tenderest if you cook it like taht, the steak will be soft and you can feel the juice come out from the steak into your mouth,if you fully cook the steak, probably, it may be too hard to eat and it will not be tender anymore.

I like them grilled medium rare myself. Not to cooked but cooked enough.

I like medium well. I began to eat it when I braces and couldn't chew well. Now well cooked meat is just too hard.

Medium Rare. Of course, that's what I was raised on. So I'm pretty much biased.

Cooking is very good thing we all should learn it.

I like my steaks medium. The meat has to have just a bit of pink in the middle. Everytime I had my steak well done they came out dry and tough. Medium is more tender and keeps some of the juices from the meat.
