how to lose weight???

waaa.. help me... i want to lose weight at least 20 pounds.. i'm so busy with my work... and i don't have time to go to gym i love rice.... breakfast, lunch & dinner i eat rice.. what's a good diet for me... any advice pls....thanks

Skipping and Cycling are best exercises for losing weight . For skipping , use a good quality rope and move a little forward & backwards while skipping . You will get a good result in a short time if you do these two regularly .

i have asthma dear... i'm not capable of doing a lot of exercise... thanks for your advice.. do u think i need a diet pill? ^_^

^ pls do not use diet pills . if possible , pls consult a dietician . if you know about meditation & breathing exercise then do practice ...

i will ... thanks a lot... i wanted to lose weight to wear my old clothes.. hehehe.. and the fashion today is about sleeveless, strapless... i want to wear those type of shirts or blouses too. hehehe. thanks a lot ^_^

Starting the day with exercising is a good way to lose weight.If you don't like to cut down on your meals,I'd suggest staying away from fatty food and especially chocolates.Remember those fashionable dresses while making those sacrifices,lol.

dear i'm not capable of doing exercises coz i have asthma.. i guess the only option for me is to say goodbye to carbohydrates and sweets which i love most.. i love chocolates.. ^_^.. you're right i should think of the fashionable dresses while doing this sacrifice diet hehehe.. thanks for your response... well its too easy.why dont you excercise every morning bef0re going to work or after going to sleep.and eat some vegetables and lessen the calories!:)

thanks for that... but another problem i have is i don't have time for exercise... i'm working in graveyard shift i spent 4 times for travel back & forth... thanks for your advice GOD bless ! ^_^

First of all to reduce your weight you need to reduce your food intake. If you eat two cups of rice reduce it to one. Don't eat too much sweet. Force yourself to eat slowly and don't get second serving. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water. If you feel hungry, thats good, drink water. Don't eat. Joint the survivor series. Hey! I have been doing Weight Watchers and that has really helped me. I lost 4 pounds my first week (which I thought was really good but I have seen other people lose 8 to 10 pounds their first week!!) But I have not only lost weight but also changed my lifestyle. Most diets don't work because the results are not permanent. As soon as you get off the "diet" you gain all your weight back. thanks for your response i will check out your post... it's true that diet will work for some time... but i can't do it permanently so after a diet after a couple of months i will gain weight again hehehe.. ^_^

In a word,eat less and exercise more...... it really works. you can eat a little more for breakfast.however you'd better just eat some fruit for supper and don't eat anything after 8 pm.

Try not to eat on dinner, eat fresh fruit or eat before 7.00 pm. Drink a lot of water.Should be with a little exercise, a little walk or aerobic at home. Carbohydrate : 20% Vegetable : 50% Meat : 30% I hope it work. Good luck dear
