growin hair?

Can anyone tell me how to make my hair grow longer & thicker? My sis has the longest thickest hair, but my is short & super thin. I hate it so bad! Any ideas on how to make it grow?

You grow it long by not cutting too much off but still having a regular trim to stop the ends from splitting and you cannot make it thicker, unfortunately.

Take some vitamin E and try using mane and tail shampoo.

Thats what it was. I couldnt remember the name of the shampoo that everyone has always told me to use. I knew it sounded like it was for horses but couldnt remember what it was called. Thanks alot! Have a great weekend

Sorry it's genetics...but you can eat healthier take vitamins to make it stronger. But it will never be like your sisters, so accept it.
