I just got to know that you have to have minimum 150$ balance for withdrawing of money. So whether paypal transfers the money directly to the bank account given or sends cheques. If i don't have a bank account or credit card then can i give any other account number of my husband or brother for deposit of money. If i use xoom.com for the money transfer as i can't wait for so long then they will send cheque or transfer the money?Kindly clarify if any Indian have withdrawn money from paypal.

I am not sure that I understand your question because I don't understand where it is that you have to have a balance of $150.00 before you can transfer your money. If you don't have a bank account then you can't transfer money into something you don't have. I think you can still use the money though by having a Paypal debit card. You shouldn't need to use someone else's bank either. You should be able to get your own bank account. In fact you might be able to apply for one online. You can just set it up as a savings account. I believe Paypal accepts savings accounts for verification as well as checking account. The bets thing you can do is call Paypal and ask them
