Do women still like their guys 'Macho'?

Back when I was growing up, a lot of the movie heroes were guys with rippling muscles, good tan and a 3 day growth. Do women still like their guys rugged, the ones who do a hard days work, then catch up with their mates at the local pub after, or do you prefer a guy that is nicely groomed, one that would rather come home and spend time with you? Is one type of guy more attuned to your feelings than the other? What do you think?

To be honest, I have never really felt attracted to the muscle-bound, stubble-chinned type. I would much rather be with a guy who wants to spend time with me rather than in the pub with his mates drinking.
