HIV Aids drug: Any Hope for the world?

The greatest health related challenge of our time is HIV Aids. It is beginning to spread to areas that traditionally the disease was not known. The Scientists cannot burry their heads in the sand and hope the problem will go away. Am very happy with contributions of the American government through its current leader George Bush. He has pledged millions of Dollars towards the fight against the disease, my question is, are the Scientists breaking the code around this enigmatic virus?
