Anna Mitchell-Hedges, owner of the Crystal Skull of Doom, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2007, taking with her the secret on everyone's minds - did she really find it? Sadly, there was no obituary. The service for her was extremely small and was unannounced with the exception of a few close friends of the man Anna was staying with at the time of her death. Not very fitting for a woman who was 100 years old and had experienced so much in life. She deserved some sort of tribute. As for the Skull of Doom, it is unknown at this time what is supposed to happen to it or what will happen to it. Hopefully Ms. Mitchell-Hedges had a will, as it is rumored that she has many other treasured possessions in storage. How will her final wishes come to light if the attorney holding the papers doesn't know of her death?
