I guess consuming fat is also important for our body, as this also has components that we need for our body to function normally. There are certain foods who possess fats with them, to which I think you don't know much. All you need to do is lessen it's in-take, because having too much of it is not healthy anymore. There are harmful fats and helpful too, just try to distinguish what is good and not.
There are also foods that are more healthier to eat, in which doesn't contain any fat in it.

Well since its your vacation, I suggest you eat all you want. BUT you should also do something to burn these. Like a new sport, or exercise daily or help in summer drives.

While you are on vacation, I wouldn't worry about it. Just don't OVEReat. Try all the stuff that looks good and don't worry about the calories :D
I have a weakness for fried foods and sweets. The secret is to balance it with foods low in calories and fats. That's why Weight Watchers is so successful. You can eat anything you like, as long as you eat it in moderation and balance it with healthier, filling foods.

I know what you mean. Every time I'm doing nothing at home I tend to overeat. Keep some fruits handy like apples so you can munch on them every time you feel hungry. It's healthy and you'll feel full right away so you can resist the urge to binge. Good luck.

Forget a diet on a vacation - enjoy yourself!
There is only one foolproof way to loose weight and that is to cut down on food intake. After two months of one meal a day you will loose weight - i promise you.

I love all that stuff too. What I would suggest is having healthy things on hand that are easy and quick and healthy, like grapes, carrots, bananas, apples, triscuits ect. You are more likely to eat healthy if you have healthy stuff on hand that is easy to eat.
