Is it easy to get an opportunity to work abroad in your country?

It is hard to get an opportunity to work abroad in my country. Perhaps that is because my country is not so developed. How about your contry?

In the Philippines, it's not easy to go abroad. Even nurses take a long time and much expenses before they can go abroad to work. It's very difficult to find an employer and the corresponding visa.
