Well if you didn't buy a lottery ticket to that draw, then of course that's a scam. I hope you didn't share your personal details.

lottery winners do not get notified by emails. please delete it it's a scam.

you can't win a lottery you never bought a ticket for, and if it was genuine the company would have contacted you directly (if they had your details) or you would have to get in touch with them to confirm you had the winning ticket - not via email.

Did you enter this lottery? I am assuming the answer is no, since you are asking someone else if it is a scam or not. The answer is a big resounding Yes, it is a scam. All they want is your personal info so that they can either try to rob you, scam you, or try to sell you something. Save yourself the hassle and the heartache and hit that delete button.
