The presence of children drowned to vices is not getting smaller in the country. Year by year many cases in the society are cause by this so called minor. Who are to be blame by this cases. The children, themselves, the irresponsible parents, or the government?

Everyone has the responsibility of looking out for the children. The parents are given direct responsibility over their own children. They have to provide physical and emotional support for the children so that the young ones can reach their full potential. However, the children are also responsible for their own actions. There comes an time when the children should be able to think and decide for themselves. Lastly, the government should also provide help to these families. The government has to make sure that the people are aware of the various rehabilitation programs that available to the public. It would be better, though, if this serious problem can be prevented. A program educating the people of the harmful effects of vices should be properly implemented.
