Du prefer SPICY food?!?!?

Yes, i like spicy food a lot. i like mild spicy, not too hot and spicy, my stomach starts burning in that and my eyes, nose, everything starts blowing. so i dont find ant enjoyment in eating too much of spicy or hot stuff. a little and a mild one, goes but too much gives me heartburning sensation and acidity starts, that very moment. so i have to take care of that too.

I like a little spice to my food but nothing too hot.

i do love spicy foods even in sauces i like putting chili to taste it spicy. It makes you have the urge or love to eat or crave for a food but now i have to minimize it because too much of it is not good.

I used to love to eat spicy foods.. :) I'm not that picky when it comes to the food I eat, but lately I've been having headache when consuming spicy foods.. That's why I tend to decrease spicy food intake..
