Anyone her have fibromyalgia and have a baby?

I don't mean fibromyalgia due to pregnacy or just developing after. I mean had bad problems with muscel spazems and chronic pain and fatique and try to have a baby. I have bad fibromyalgia with extreme pain for a few years now and just wondered how much did pregnancy affect you when you were pregnant and what did you do about it. You can't take pain killers so what. Tynelol does nothing for me and I know from all the books the pain killers I have now I can't take when pregnant. I'm really scared if I could even make it to 9 months.
