Aren't baby kittens little blessings?

My female cat gave birth to one healthy, happy, fat little kitten two days ago, and I think that is absolutely adorable. I expected a litter but I got Just one fat kitten. Go figure.
Do you have any good stories about your female cat having kittens?

i will soon exeprience this coz one of my 2 cats is pregnant and im excited to have baby kittens... i like to raise more cats just as i raise my 2 cats... i adopted them when they are still kittens... ;)

Your lucky. Whenever my cats have kittens there is always a bunch of them. You know, you have to keep that lonely little kitten now.lol. I have had many pregnant strays show up at my house, so I have dealt with many kittens. They are the cutest little things. I wish they would stay that small. Here is a picture of my latest bunch...

A long time ago, a cat of mine got out in heat. When she came to having kittens, she only had one - a fine kitten.
My mom and I figured it was because she was young and small. We were very happy she had only one kitten - we were worried we would have to find homes for kittens - never easy on anybody!
