what are the most exciting things that you can make with bannana peppers?

May I ask what banana eppers are? I know what bananas are... lol.. & I know what peppers are (capsicums), but don't know banana peppers? Interesting.

they are yellow pepers and thay are not real hot like some of the other peppers are. They are often used in salads and much like olives or pickles used like that. I love them and was curious what cooking or other recipes can they be used for?
